Privacy Policy
How the platform handles the data it touches, including the public content and accounts you add.
- 1
What we process
Media Monitoring reads public posts from the social accounts you add. Media Intelligence reads public posts, comments and articles that match the keyword you search, written by people other than you. We do not access private messages, non-public data, or accounts you do not own or manage.
- 2
What we collect
We collect your sign-in details from Google (your name, email address and profile picture), and the keywords, accounts, periods and settings you choose to run the service. Pricing is to be announced; if it changes what we record, we will say so before it applies.
- 3
Keywords and account handles
We do not store account passwords or any platform login. We save only the public handle or profile URL you add, and the keywords you search, tied to your sign-in. They are not shared.
- 4
What we keep
We keep the reports you run, which include the public posts they were built from, and basic usage records for support and to operate the service. Content is kept only as part of a report you requested.
- 5
Content written by others
The posts, comments and articles in a report were written by other people and remain theirs. We collect what is public at the time of the search or period, and we treat it as untrusted text: it is shown as text and never run as code. If you think a report holds content that should not be there, contact us.
- 6
Sharing
We do not sell your data. A report is visible only to you unless you send a read-only link. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the product, and where the law requires.
